In-mold Technology
Composite construction - inseparable. The EPS protective material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. For a lightweight helmet construction with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion between the EPS inner layer and the PC outer layer.
Downshell
To avoid dents and scratches and to increase the longevity of the products, Cratoni has equipped them with a special cap.
LFS - Light Fit System
When every second counts, a good fit is essential. The goal was to develop a system that keeps the helmet on the head quickly, safely and at the same time comfortably. The adjustment mechanism is particularly small and light, and the size adjustment is child's play with two fingers. In addition, the LFS can be adjusted in height three times to ensure an optimal fit. A perfect strap guide ensures unlimited wearing comfort for both men and women.
