ASSOS Eye Protection Skharab SALE

Skharab represents the introduction of a new category of ASSOS glasses and is specifically tailored to road and off-road racing. We've adopted several features of our Zegho glasses for this model, including the rimless design, fully adjustable bridge and feather-light feel. We optimized the glasses for speed, protection and crystal-clear vision on unstable ground conditions and adjusted them to changing lighting conditions. To develop the design, we first involved athletes from both disciplines and created prototypes that could be used for many different head shapes and helmets. Ultimately, we chose a model with monoglass, which offers an unrestricted field of vision in steep driving positions, both on and off-road. The sealed temples with ventilation channels are attached to the upper corners of the lens and nestle gently against the head with a secure hold over the ear. The glass itself is made of shatterproof nylon, which is mainly impressive due to its durability and low weight. It is available as a photochromic lens for varying lighting conditions and as a standard version for moderate light. Both models offer 100% UV protection, increased contrast and improved visibility on roads and off-road trails. The Skharab is designed in Switzerland, made by hand in Italy and delivered in a case with a cleaning cloth.
