Prologo Saddle Dimension R2 Nack 143mm

Dimension R2 is the new high-performance ergonomic saddle from Prologo that sits at the top of the Dimension family, one of the most popular on the market in recent years.

It is never easy to redesign a flagship model like Dimension, but Prologo's pursuit of maximum performance, combined with the continuous improvement of the design and materials used, has allowed us to further innovate an already cutting-edge saddle, creating the lightest Dimension ever, weighing just 139 grams, a 13% reduction compared to the previous Dimension 143 model.

A multi-disciplinary saddle with compact dimensions of 245x143mm, perfect for road and XC/Marathon use, designed for professionals and the most demanding amateurs, always looking for maximum performance and top-of-the-range components.

The Dimension R2 features a completely redesigned tip, with a width of 40mm, 30% wider than the previous model, and a more rounded side profile.

Both the tip and the central part of the saddle now feature a flatter surface, to favor an even more advanced and aerodynamic riding position, allowing the saddle to be used in its entire length. The new design has been studied to further increase the comfort of the saddle, especially during the phases of maximum push on the pedals.

Even in the choice of materials it played a central role, with the introduction of a new EVA foam that allowed to reduce the thickness of the padding in the rear part by 1mm, 20% less than the previous model. This reduction in padding made it possible to reduce the overall weight, while maintaining the support and comfort of the saddle unchanged.

The base is made of injected Long Fiber Carbon, a material that offers an excellent compromise between rigidity and comfort. The rail is in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) composed of carbon fiber, kevlar and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists looking for maximum rigidity and lightness.
