Prologo E-Bike Saddle Proxim W450 Performance Pas 145mm Tirox

"We want to create an innovative saddle for e-bikes: surprise us."

With these few words Prologo launched a design challenge to the Polytechnic University of Milan. More precisely, it launched this challenge to Polifactory, a multidisciplinary research laboratory that brings together young and brilliant minds. A 360° work started with an in-depth market analysis to fully understand the sector, the target and the competition, then trying to transfer all this information into the creation of the best product that the market can offer.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

MSS - Multi Sector System: this system provides different mapped and separate zones on the saddle, each composed of different interactive foams and single-cell padding. The “islands” work autonomously, adapting to all the positions that the cyclist can assume while pedaling.
The shape: semi-round shape, 250 mm long and 155 mm wide. Laterally the saddle, thanks to the Multi - Sector - System, is more flexible allowing greater freedom of movement and favoring a double action of support and containment in the pedaling phase.
Extra padding +6mm: in the SPORT version, the padding has been increased to ensure greater comfort and better absorption of vibrations from uneven terrain. The total padding corresponds to 12mm.
Ergonomic channel: The W450 models are very versatile, adapting to multiple uses and disciplines. In the central area, the active foams, in combination with the groove in the pelvic area, guarantee stability and comfort by dissipating pressure along the entire surface of the saddle. The closure of the prostate area also offers better protection of the genital areas in extreme weather conditions (rain or mud).
Rear handle and reflective graphics: The saddle is equipped with a rear “handle” to facilitate the movement of the bicycle as well as graphics with reflective materials to improve safety.
