Completely redesigned, the DRT5 Maven features more coverage, improved ventilation, a fully adjustable fit and a low-profile outer shell design. And because our eyewear DNA is clear, the DRT5 Maven also offers seamless integration with glasses and goggles. With an integrated eyewear pocket and a four-way adjustable visor, you'll always have the flexibility you need, no matter what the conditions. - FIT: The BOA 360° system includes an adjustment wheel that allows for a secure and optimal fit at all times.
- ULTRALIGHT: Weighing 60 grams less than the previous model, the DRT5 Maven helmet is lighter than ever.
- PROTECTION: The Mips® brain protection system consists of a low-friction layer integrated into the helmet designed to reduce rotational accelerations experienced by brain tissue in the event of an impact, helping to protect against potential injuries.
- VENTILATION: The DRT5 Maven helmet features a total of 19 ventilation holes, including new openings on the front and top, to ensure optimal airflow and breathability at all times.
- COMFORT: The DRT5 Maven features both a sweat guard browband and traditional fabric padding on the top of the helmet. The silicone gel sweat guard helps collect sweat from your forehead and deflect it away from your glasses, while the fabric padding increases contact points for added comfort.
- INTERNAL LINING: The Ionic+™ Antimicrobial internal lining activates in case of sweat, keeping the skin fresh and odors under control.
- EYEWEAR STORAGE: Front vents not only provide ventilation, they also provide a secure place to store your eyewear. Special Unobtainium® wings hold the temples in place, while a second eyewear storage location is located on the back of the helmet, an exclusive feature of the DRT5 Maven.
- EYEWEAR INTEGRATION: The four-way visor protects your face and eyes from dust and sun rays, and is also a great place to store your glasses. The DRT5 Maven helmet is designed around the features of our Airbrake MTB goggles, offering a perfect fit when paired with them.
- DESIGN: The DRT5 Maven helmet features an Iridium®-coated logo badge that matches the Prizm™ lens colors found on Oakley eyewear. The color of the badge varies depending on the color of the helmet, but all pay homage to Oakley’s rich heritage in eyewear.
