The Maxxis Minion Dhr II exo+ tire has greater protection against punctures thanks to the innovative EXO+ system. We recommend using this tire on the rear wheel in combination with the Minion dhf on the front. This tire is suitable for e-bikes and enduro and has a perfect road holding on loose and muddy terrain thanks to its tread pattern. This tire can also be mounted with a tubeless system.

The Exo+ protection by Maxxis is the union of two materials such as SilkShield and Exo, thus creating the best protection against punctures for MTB. The SilkShield is a layer that goes from bead to bead, while the Exo is a layer along the sidewalls, these two materials allow a protection of the tread from punctures of 27% and the sidewalls of 51%, the resistance to crushing is 28%.
